Blocker 2: Stress

Stress is a normal part of life, but it can be detrimental to our health and our writing if not managed properly. When we experience burnout, we may mistake it for writer’s block and struggle to produce new content. 

To prevent burnout, it’s important to plan and prioritize. Create an upload schedule for your work that is achievable and sustainable, rather than trying to do everything at once. This will help manage your stress levels and keep your audience engaged without overwhelming yourself.

Blocker 3: Imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome is a common struggle among writers, especially when we start receiving positive attention for our work. It’s important to remember that everyone experiences self-doubt and that success does not diminish the value of our work.

Surround yourself with a supportive community of other writers who can relate to your struggles and offer encouragement when needed.
